Project Director – Solar EPC

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead and manage large-scale solar EPC projects from initiation through to commissioning and handover. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing solar projects of 80 MW or above, demonstrating expertise in project execution, team management, client coordination, and overall project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale solar EPC projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Oversee project mobilization, execution, commissioning, and handover processes.
- Manage multiple teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, government authorities, and subcontractors to facilitate project progress.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project status and address any issues that arise.
- Implement project management best practices and methodologies to optimize performance.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.





Mandatory Requirements

- Experience: 10–15 years in Solar EPC / Renewable Energy projects.
- Proven track record of independently handling large-scale solar projects of 80 MW or above.
- Strong experience in end-to-end project execution, from mobilization to commissioning and handover.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams, contractors, and project stakeholders effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of solar EPC project execution, including civil, electrical, module installation, HT/LT systems, evacuation, testing, and commissioning.
- Excellent project planning, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates from established Solar EPC / Renewable Energy companies with a successful track record of executing 70 MW–80 MW+ utility-scale or large rooftop/ground-mounted solar projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
