Can you turn Customer Orders into a Production Plan — and a Production Plan into On-Time Dispatch?

We are looking for a PPC professional who can take ownership of the complete production planning cycle and keep Production, SCM, Purchase, Stores, QC & Maintenance moving in sync.

This is not just a planning desk role.

It is a role for someone who can anticipate problems before they become production stoppages.

? What will you own?

? Production Planning

Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly Production Plans and the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on customer orders and dispatch priorities.

? Machine & Capacity Planning

Plan production machine-wise and process-wise, monitor capacity utilization and optimize production sequences to reduce changeovers, downtime and losses.

? Plan vs Actual

Track production performance every day and ensure deviations are identified, followed up and corrected quickly.

? Material Readiness

Check RM availability before finalizing plans and proactively identify shortages, bottlenecks and risks.

? WIP & Order Control

Track WIP, pending production orders and critical customer requirements to ensure nothing gets lost between planning and dispatch.

? Cross-functional Coordination

Work closely with Production | SCM | Purchase | Stores | QC | Maintenance to keep the production plan on track.

? ERP & MIS





Maintain accurate production planning and work-order data in TSS ERP and prepare PPC MIS covering Schedule Adherence, Plan Achievement, Capacity Utilization, WIP & Production Efficiency.

? Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to improve machine utilization, production efficiency and overall plant productivity.

? What are we looking for?

Someone who

✔️ Understands PPC, manufacturing processes & machine capacity

✔️ Is strong in Excel / Google Sheets

✔️ Has hands-on ERP experience

✔️ Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✔️ Is excellent at follow-up and coordination

✔️ Can handle pressure, urgent orders and changing priorities

✔️ Takes ownership instead of waiting for problems to solve themselves

Experience in Packaging / Versatile Packaging / Printing will be an added advantage.

? Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Production, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
