Roles & Responsibilities:

- Overall Management of the Factory which shall include production, operations, Manpower management, quality control, Cost efficiencies, Safety Measurements, Raw Material Planning & any other responsibilities which are necessary.
- Assessing the project & resources requirements.
- Advising on the optimum RCN procurement & CKN sales strategies. Inventory planning as per risk policy, setting up internal controls, targets, and monitoring systems.
- Proposing & managing the optimum set up & sourcing for uninterrupted supply of electricity for the factory requirements.
- Supervising the work & safety of manpower, plant, and other resources of the plant
- Formulation of remuneration/incentive plans for workers to improve quality and productivity.
- Any other responsibility which shall be deemed fit for a person of the capability of Factory Manager.
- Should assign work to production supervisors, storekeepers or anyone at the factory.

Educational Qualifications:

· UG: B.Sc. in Food Technology, Agriculture, B. Tech / B.E. in Agricultural Engineering, Production and Industrial Engineering,



Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, Diploma in Production Engineering, Food Technology

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8-10 years of experience in Cashew Processing, with at least 5 years in a Production Manager role.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary cashew processing technologies and equipment.
- Experience in production planning, process optimization, quality management, and food safety systems.
- Hands-on exposure to ERP systems and production reporting.
- Experience working in Modern Cashew Processing Unit.

BUDGET: 4,20,000 Per Annum

Salary Breakdown by Experience and Scale

- Entry to Mid-Level (2–5 years): ₹3,00,000 to ₹4,80,000 per annum in regional processing units or smaller private nut-processing firms.
- Senior-Level (5–10+ years): ₹4,80,000 to ₹8,00,000+ per annum for handling larger factory operations, quality standards (CEPC/AFI), and bulk output.
