Role Description The Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities, including planning schedules, allocating resources, and monitoring output to meet quality and delivery targets.

The Production

Manager coordinates with cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing teams to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety and compliance standards. The role involves tracking production metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce wastage.

product quality, and on-time shipment.

Qualifications

- Robust production management skills, including planning, workflow coordination, and team supervision in a garment or textile manufacturing environment.
- Ability to manage quality standards, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with customer specifications and export requirements.
- Experience in resource and capacity management, including manpower planning, machine utilization, and inventory control.
- Skills in process improvement, problem-solving, and implementing operational best practices to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities, with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams such as procurement, quality, and logistics.
- Proficiency in using production tracking tools or ERP systems, with basic data analysis skills for monitoring performance indicators.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Textile Engineering, Garment Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience as a Production Manager or in a similar supervisory role in apparel manufacturing; export-oriented experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, with a hands-on approach and strong commitment to safety and compliance.
