Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement &

- Product Support::

Act as a primary point of contact for assigned enterprise clients and ensure successful product onboarding and adoption.

Understand client requirements and align product capabilities to address business and operational needs.

Provide functional guidance and support during product usage and upgrades.

Product Demonstrations &

- POCs

Conduct product demonstrations and Proof of Concept (POC) sessions for prospective and existing clients.

Collaborate with Sales and Presales teams to showcase platform capabilities and value propositions.

Product Implementation Management:

Manage end-to-end product implementation, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Coordinate with product development and technical teams to resolve implementation challenges.

Track implementation timelines and ensure smooth project delivery.

Product Sustainment &

- Continuous Support::

Ensure stable and efficient product operations for deployed clients.

Monitor issues and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.





Gather client feedback and provide inputs to product teams for continuous improvement.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications::

- 3+ years of experience in Product Specialist, Product Implementation, Product Support, Customer Success, or similar roles.
- Experience working with enterprise software or SaaS platforms.
- Robust experience in client engagement, product demonstrations, and POCs.
- Understanding of software implementation lifecycle and client onboarding processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

- Exposure to cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, or enterprise workflow platforms.
- Experience handling enterprise client implementations.
- Familiarity with web-based enterprise applications.
