As a Product Management Intern, you'll work directly with product managers, engineers, designers,

and operations teams to build products that improve delivery experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.

What You'll Do

- Assist Product Managers in defining product strategy and execution.
- Conduct user research by speaking with riders, merchants, franchise owners, and internal

operations teams.
- Conduct Product GTMs.
- Write transparent Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Create wireframes and prototypes using Figma.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations throughout the product lifecycle.
- Analyze product performance using SQL, dashboards, and experimentation.
- Define success metrics and monitor feature adoption after launch.
- Prioritize features based on customer impact and business value.
- Coordinate launches and ensure smooth rollout of new features.

What We Are Looking For





- Final-year undergraduate or postgraduate student.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to simplify complex problems into structured solutions.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
- Curious, proactive, and willing to learn by doing.
- Previous product internship experience is good to have

Preferred Skills

- Basic SQL
- Familiarity with Figma
- Understanding of APIs and system workflows
- Knowledge of Agile development processes
- Experience building products, startups, hackathons, or side projects is a plus
