– Placement Intern

Location: Bengaluru | Duration: 6 Months | Stipend: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month | Employment Type: Internship with Opportunity for Full-Time Employment

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Placement Intern to support our placement and recruitment activities in Bengaluru. The role will involve coordinating with candidates and employers, assisting with recruitment processes, managing placement-related data, and supporting placement drives and corporate engagement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an MBA graduate to gain practical exposure to recruitment, talent acquisition, and corporate relations, with the possibility of full-time employment based on performance and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in coordinating day-to-day placement and recruitment activities.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate with candidates and employers throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate with companies to understand hiring requirements and identify placement opportunities.
- Schedule interviews, assessments, and recruitment drives.
- Follow up with candidates and recruiters regarding interview outcomes and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, placement records, and recruitment reports.




- Assist in organizing placement drives, career events, and employer engagement activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, recruiters, and corporate partners.
- Conduct basic research to identify potential employers and new placement opportunities.
- Support the team in preparing MIS reports and other placement-related documentation.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Eligibility & Skills

- MBA graduate from a recognized university/institution.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
