- Build and manage an engineering team to deliver technical products.
- Define teams vision and technical roadmap and drive its execution.
- Design, build and support technical solutions and systems with highest quality.
- Manage timelines and identify when deliverables are at risk and formulate alternatives.
- Work closely with engineering counterparts, product managers and business stakeholders to achieve company goals.
- Identify, leverage, and build best-in-class engineering processes to maximize work quality and team productivity.
- Coach, mentor and support every team member to grow them in their career aspirations.

- Strong knowledge on best engineering practices.
- 8 - 12 years of software development experience with 1-2 years of managerial experience.
