About the Role:

Vartika Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals is looking for a highly professional and reliable driver to serve the Owner/Director in both personal and professional capacities. The ideal candidate will be punctual, discreet, well-groomed, and comfortable with flexible working hours, including occasional early mornings, late evenings, and travel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely drive the Owner for business meetings, official engagements, and personal errands
- Maintain the vehicle in clean, well-serviced condition at all times
- Plan routes efficiently, accounting for traffic and schedule changes
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Owner's schedule, conversations, and personal matters
- Be available for outstation/long-distance trips as required
- Assist with basic errands (documents, courier pickups, etc.) when needed
- Maintain fuel logs, service records, and vehicle documentation

Requirements:





- Valid commercial/light motor vehicle driving license
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a personal/corporate driver
- Clean driving record
- Good knowledge of local routes (Bhiwadi and NCR region) and traffic rules
- Well-mannered, presentable, and professional demeanor
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
- Prior experience driving for senior executives/business owners preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with GPS navigation apps
- Basic Hindi/English communication skills
- Experience handling premium/luxury vehicles (if applicable)

Salary: Negotiable — based on experience and driving proficiency
