We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager who has successfully scaled D2C brands across Shopify websites and leading marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Eternz, etc.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in paid advertising, campaign optimization, analytics, and revenue growth.

Role & responsibilities:

1] Performance Marketing Strategy:

- Develop performance marketing strategies.
- Conduct customer persona and audience research.
- Plan customer acquisition funnels, monthly & quarterly marketing plans.
- Build growth strategies for Website & Marketplace sales.

2] Campaign Management:

- Plan, launch and manage Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage advertising budgets, optimize spends.
- Handle audience targeting, segmentation.
- Manage retargeting campaigns.

3] Marketplace Performance Marketing:

- Handle advertising for Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Eternz and other marketplaces.
- Optimize marketplace campaigns.
- Improve ROAS, ACOS and overall marketplace performance.

4] Creative Strategy & Testing:

- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives.
- Write high-converting ad copies.




- Perform A/B testing .
- Analyze creative performance, recommend improvements.

5] Campaign Optimization:

- Budget optimization, Bid optimization.
- Audience refinement.
- Performance-based campaign scaling, campaign restructuring.

6] Tracking & Analytics:

- Manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI) and event tracking.
- Monitor Google Analytics (GA4), conversion tracking.
- Track KPIs, maintain reporting dashboards.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Minimum 5+ years of Performance Marketing experience.
- Experience in Fashion / Jewellery / D2C Brand [Mandatory].
- Hands-on experience managing Shopify Website Performance Marketing, Marketplace Ads (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Eternz etc.).
- Robust understanding of conversion tracking and analytics.
- Ability to manage and scale high-budget campaigns.
