Performance Marketing Executive – Google Ads & Meta Ads

About The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Executive with proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads to manage and scale paid marketing campaigns.

This role is strictly for candidates who have practical experience running paid campaigns, managing ad budgets, generating leads, optimizing CPL/CPA, and improving campaign performance .

Candidates with only SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing, or General Digital Marketing experience will NOT be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns .
- Manage lead-generation campaigns with a strong focus on quality leads and conversions .
- Handle daily campaign optimization, including bidding, targeting, budgets, keywords, audiences, placements, and creatives .
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and Lead Quality .
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities to reduce acquisition costs and improve ROI.
- Perform A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, events, and other campaign tracking systems.
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and messaging .
- Monitor the complete lead funnel from Ad → Landing Page → Lead → Sales/Conversion .
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets based on campaign performance.
- Continuously test new audiences, keywords, creatives, and campaign strategies to scale results.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria Please Apply Only If You Meet ALL Of The Following:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in paid/performance marketing.
- Proven experience independently managing Google Ads campaigns .
- Proven experience independently managing Meta Ads campaigns .
- Experience generating and optimizing leads through paid advertising.
- Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and ROI .
- Experience managing real advertising budgets.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and take optimization decisions independently.
- Candidates must be able to demonstrate their previous campaign experience and results during the interview.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing high-budget performance campaigns.
- Experience in the Real Estate / Property industry.
- Experience with CRM and lead management platforms.
- Knowledge of marketing automation.
- Understanding of attribution and customer journey tracking.
- Experience improving lead quality along with reducing CPL .

- Only candidates with genuine hands-on experience in both Google Ads and Meta Ads will be considered.
- Candidates will be evaluated based on their actual campaign experience, budgets handled, CPL/CPA achieved, lead generation results, and optimization strategies .
- Candidates without relevant paid marketing experience will not be considered.
- Preference will be given to candidates currently based in: Gurgaon | Noida | Delhi NCR
