Job Title: Outbound Telesales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services

- Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating value propositions

- Handle customer objections and follow up with prospects in a timely manner

- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and sales





- Update CRM systems with accurate and detailed information post-interaction

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or outbound calling

- Prior experience in an international voice process is highly preferred

- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)

- Solid persuasion and negotiation skills

- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
