Hiring: OPT Recruiter – Lead/Manager (US IT Staffing)

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

Experience: 10+ years

Shift: Night Shift (US Hours)

About the Role

We're looking for a go-getter OPT Recruiter Lead/Manager who knows how to build strong candidate relationships and — most importantly — close the deal. If you can identify talent, build trust, and ensure candidates stay committed all the way to placement, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and manage a strong pipeline of H1B/USC/GC/H4 Ead candidates for US IT positions
- Build and maintain robust rapport and hold on candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling, prep, and feedback
- Ensure committed candidates do not back out — manage expectations and maintain consistent follow-up
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters (for Lead/Manager level)
- Coordinate with Bench Sales/Marketing team for smooth placement handoff




- Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline reports

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in US Staffing recruitment
- Strong ability to build trust and retain candidate commitment till placement
- Excellent negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
- Experience handling end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Team handling/leadership experience preferred (for Lead/Manager role)
- Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English)
