- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and networking devices.

- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows OS, system software, and standard applications.

- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity across the organization.

- Manage server infrastructure including Active Directory, file servers, and backup systems.

- Ensure data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures are in place and tested.

- Handle IT security including antivirus management, firewall configuration, access control, and data protection.

- Provide day-to-day technical support to users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT hardware, networking, and AMC management.

- Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and compliance records.

- Support ERP / SAP / business applications infrastructure as required.

- Ensure system uptime and quick resolution of IT incidents and service requests.

- Follow IT policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements (ISO / IT / Data security guidelines).

- Support IT infrastructure setup for recent locations, expansions, or upgrades
