Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist in Greater Noida. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing and treating sensory, motor, and cognitive disorders. Day-to-day tasks include providing therapy services, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assessment and Intervention: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with physical, cognitive, and emotional disabilities.
- Therapy Sessions: Provide occupational therapy sessions to clients individually or in groups to promote functional independence and participation in daily activities.
- Collaboration with Interdisciplinary Team: Work collaboratively with speech-language pathologists, special educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress, including session notes, treatment plans, and progress reports.
- Communicate with Clients and Families: Communicate effectively with clients and their families to provide education, support, and guidance.
- Stay Current with Best Practices:



Stay current with best practices in occupational therapy, including attending workshops, conferences, and in-service training.

Qualifications

- Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation Skills
- Experience in Pediatrics and Medicine
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice in occupational therapy
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid Occupational Therapy license

1. Competitive Salary: Salary between 4.2 Lakh to 12 Lakh per annum depending upon experience. Confirmed increment after 6 months of completion. The CTC offer may be higher for exceptionally qualified candidates.
