Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bihar, India,



responsible for driving sales growth and market development for Lado Paints within the assigned region. This role includes managing and expanding a network of dealers, distributors, painters and contractors, ensuring product availability and strong visibility in local markets. The Regional Sales Manager will plan and execute regional sales strategies, set and monitor sales targets, and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include field visits, relationship management, negotiation, overseeing promotional activities, and coordinating closely with marketing, supply chain and finance teams to support smooth operations. The role also involves mentoring and guiding local sales teams, collecting customer feedback, and aligning regional activities with the company’s quality, sustainability and growth objectives.
