? Overview
We are looking for an experienced, self-driven HR Consultant to serve as a strategic partner to our leadership team. In this advisory and execution role, you will take end-to-end ownership of talent acquisition, streamline our HR operations, strengthen compliance frameworks, and establish modern people practices built for scale.
?️ Scope of Deliverables

1. End-to-End Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Lead remote recruitment across key functions—sourcing, screening, interview management, and offer negotiations.
Build proactive talent pipelines to reduce time-to-hire for critical roles.
Design and manage a seamless, fully digital onboarding experience.

2. HR Operations & Lifecycle Management




Maintain high data integrity across our HRMS, leave/attendance tracking, and monthly payroll inputs.
Manage full employee lifecycle workflows, including documentation, probation reviews, and exit formalities.

3. Compliance & HR Policy Advisory
Audit, update, and implement HR policies tailored for remote/hybrid teams.
Ensure alignment with current statutory regulations and Indian labor laws.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations, performance, and risk management.

4. Engagement & Performance Frameworks
Implement virtual team-building strategies to support remote culture.
Assist leadership in establishing KPI/OKR frameworks, performance review cycles, and feedback channels.

? Ideal Consultant Profile
Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
