Community & Experiences Manager

The Role

We’re looking for someone who knows how to bring people together — and give them a reason to keep coming back.

This is not a desk-bound social media role.

As Community & Experiences Manager at Latoya, you will be responsible for building an active community around the restaurant through events, collaborations, creators, partnerships, regular guests and cultural experiences.

You should be someone who enjoys being out there — meeting people, building relationships, discovering communities, creating ideas and making things happen on ground.

Your ultimate job is simple:

Make Latoya one of the most socially alive and talked-about restaurant & bar destinations in Delhi.

What You'll Own

Events & Experiences
- Conceptualise, plan and execute 4–6 meaningful events and activations every month
- Build formats around music, dance, culture, food, drinks, celebrations and collaborations
- Own the complete event journey — idea, partners/artists, promotion, RSVPs, guest lists and on-ground execution




- Develop recurring event properties that can become synonymous with Latoya
- Track attendance, spend, revenue and repeat participation rather than organising events simply for activity

Community & Partnerships
- Build relationships with relevant communities across Delhi NCR — including dance and cultural communities, corporates, expat groups, creators, social groups and complementary brands
- Develop collaborations that introduce Latoya to new audiences
- Build a strong network of community leaders, event partners, artists and connectors
- Constantly identify new audiences and reasons for them to experience Latoya

Influencers & Creators
- Personally build and manage relationships with relevant Delhi creators and influencers
- Identify creators who genuinely fit the brand rather than chasing follower counts
- Organise creator experiences, event participation and collaborations
- Work with the PR agency on launches,
