Role Description The Motion Graphic Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves conceptualizing and producing motion graphics and animated content for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and brand communication. The specialist will collaborate with designers, marketers, and developers to translate briefs into engaging visual stories, including creating storyboards, designing assets, and executing animation.

Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and animating graphics, editing and optimizing video content, maintaining brand consistency across projects,



and delivering high-quality files in required formats and resolutions. The role also includes staying current with motion design trends, proposing creative ideas, and supporting cross-functional teams with visual content needs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills for creating high-quality animated content.
- Candidates should possess Graphics and Storyboarding skills to design visual assets and plan clear, engaging narratives.
- Candidates should possess Video Production skills, including basic editing, compositing, and exporting optimized video files.
- Candidates should have proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator (or equivalent).
- Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of typography, color, composition, and visual storytelling for digital platforms.
- Candidates should have strong attention to detail, time management abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and video work is required; prior experience in a design or creative agency is an advantage.
- A relevant diploma or degree in animation, design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for highly skilled candidates.
