We’re Hiring | Brand Growth & Solutions Strategist

Raftra is looking for a Brand Growth & Solutions Strategist who can understand how a brand operates, identify its growth bottlenecks, and turn those problems into practical marketing and technology solutions.

This isn’t a typical sales role. You’ll work closely with brands to understand their goals, recommend the right combination of AI-powered marketing, paid advertising, SEO/GEO, creative solutions, analytics, and specialist services, and help move them from problem → strategy → execution.

What You’ll Do
- Understand a brand’s business, target audience, positioning, and growth goals.
- Identify gaps across marketing, advertising, content, SEO/GEO, and customer acquisition.
- Conduct brand/growth audits and turn findings into actionable strategies.
- Recommend relevant Raftra solutions based on the client’s actual needs.
- Build growth strategies and solution proposals for brands.
- Work with internal AI, marketing, creative, and specialist teams to execute strategies.




- Track campaign and growth metrics and use data to recommend improvements.
- Maintain strong relationships with founders, business owners, and marketing teams.
- Stay updated with emerging AI tools, marketing trends, and growth strategies.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and brand growth.
- Valuable knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/GEO, social media, content, and analytics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand a business problem rather than blindly sell a product.
- Analytical and strategic thinking.
- Comfortable talking directly with founders and decision-makers.
- Curiosity about AI and how it can transform marketing workflows.
- Prior experience in growth, marketing, consulting, business development, or a startup is a plus — but proof of ability matters more than certificates.
