This senior execution role demands advanced artistic instincts, master-level sensory match-cutting, complex pacing structure design, and seamless graphic framework integrations. Junior template-relying approaches will not align with this position; output must dictate the modern design standards of high-end global branding studio landscapes.

Production framework requires dedicated creative time to construct exceptional, meticulously polished visual journeys without rushing, combined with flawless professionalism to strictly meet designated master production deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Independent Brand Reel Execution: Take absolute ownership of the core timeline from conceptualization to delivery. We do not want someone we have to handhold; we require a self-driven specialist who brings the high-level visualization and strategic storytelling instincts necessary to fully execute and edit the reel independently.

- Airtight Asset Architecture: Orchestrate complete audiovisual composition by seamlessly embedding high-fidelity spatial sound design, thematic musical cues, and motion frameworks into a synchronized premium rhythm.

- Polish & Quality Engineering: Secure definitive oversight over final broadcast-grade master outputs,safeguarding seamless color grading accuracy,



fluid transition architectures, and pristine resolution standards.

- Deadline Governance: Manage individual pipeline velocity with high reliability, delivering meticulously structured motion milestones on schedule while persistently focusing on strategic execution depth.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS Kolkata Location & Presence:

Must be based in Kolkata for a hybrid work model featuring 4 days working from office in Kolkata.

Experience Caliber: 2 - 4 years of documented track record steering top-tier brand animations and complex video assets. Visual portfolio execution quality and stylistic depth are weighted far above simple year counts.

Advanced Ecosystem Mastery: Highly professional command over the full Adobe Creative Suite Ecosystem (specifically After Effects and Premiere Pro), Canva environments, and next-generation motion engines like Higsfield.

Narrative Visualization Power:

Proven mastery interpreting abstract brand design books or conceptual creative treatments and scaling them into trendsetting motion video formats.

Sensory Precision:

Profound instinct for structural pacing, dynamic spatial staging, sound layering architecture,and framing composition.
