Qualification

- MBBS (Mandatory)
- MD (preferably with Diabetology Practice) /MS in any specialty / MHA (Preferred)
- Valid Medical Council Registration
- 5+ years of clinical and hospital administration experience

Job SummaryThe Medical Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the hospital’s clinical and administrative operations, ensuring high standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, quality, and efficient coordination across all departments. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day clinical and hospital operations.
- Ensure quality patient care and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Monitor compliance with NABH, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise medical staff, consultants, and clinical departments.
- Lead quality improvement, infection control, and patient safety initiatives.




- Handle medico-legal matters and patient grievance resolution.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth hospital functioning.
- Monitor key operational and clinical performance indicators.
- Support strategic planning, service expansion, and hospital growth initiatives.
