Role Description The Medical Doctor will provide high-quality, evidence-based reproductive and infertility care to patients at YATIKA IVF HOSPITAL PVT. LTD. This full-time, on-site role in Patna involves conducting outpatient consultations, performing clinical examinations, interpreting diagnostic tests, and designing individualized fertility treatment plans.

The doctor will oversee and participate in procedures such as IVF, IUI, ICSI, and fertility preservation, in close coordination with embryology and nursing teams. Daily responsibilities include counseling patients and families, documenting clinical care accurately,



ensuring adherence to safety and ethical standards, and participating in case discussions and clinical audits. The role also includes contributing to patient education, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of reproductive medicine, and supporting quality improvement and hospital protocols.

Qualifications

- Recognized medical degree (MBBS) and postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology or Reproductive Medicine; valid medical registration with appropriate medical council.
- Clinical experience in infertility management and assisted reproductive technologies (e.g., IVF, IUI, ICSI, fertility preservation, egg/embryo freezing).
- Strong skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and evidence-based clinical decision-making.
- Ability to provide empathetic counseling, manage sensitive conversations, and maintain strict patient confidentiality.
- Knowledge of relevant clinical guidelines, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in reproductive medicine.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams (embryologists, nurses, counselors, and support staff).
