The studio offers programs such as yoga, dance, fitness, and activity-based learning for children and women, fostering confidence, well-being, and overall growth in a safe and engaging environment.

Location: Soulsprout Studio, Byculla , Mumbai

Experience: 1 year to 3+ years

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days ( Monday to Friday any one day week-off)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, result-oriented Digital Marketing & Business Development professional who is willing to go extra miles to drive marketing initiatives and business growth for the studio through strategic campaigns, partnerships, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

● Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)

● Manage social media platforms and content strategy

● Generate leads and drive enrollments for studio programs

● Build and maintain partnerships with schools, colleges, communities, and local networks

● Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas

● Conduct field marketing activities to promote studio programs and increase brand awareness

● Visit schools, colleges,



communities, and other institutions for business development and outreach

● Conduct workshops, demo sessions, presentations, and promotional activities in schools and colleges

● Coordinate promotional events, workshops, seminars, and outreach activities

● Develop and maintain solid relationships with school/college management, coordinators, community groups, and other key stakeholders

● Generate leads through on-ground marketing, events, workshops, partnerships, and local outreach

● Track campaign performance, lead generation, conversion rates, and enrollment numbers

Requirements:

● 1 year to 3+ years of experience in marketing, field marketing, business development, or a related role

● Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

● Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics

● Ability to independently plan and execute field marketing activities

● Comfortable conducting workshops, presentations, and promotional sessions in schools and colleges

● Willingness to travel locally for school/college visits, workshops, events, and business development activities

● Ability to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and achieve enrollment and business targets

● Creative, proactive, and target-oriented approach
