The organisation is expanding its global events and commercial partnerships and is seeking an exceptional Head of Sales & Sponsorship to build and lead the revenue engine of the organisation.

Role Objective
The Head of Sales & Sponsorship will have direct responsibility for generating sponsorship, partnership, exhibition, delegate, membership and commercial revenues across all World Leaders Forum events and initiatives.




This is a highly commercial leadership position. The successful candidate will be expected to build a solid international sales pipeline, identify high-value corporate partners, close major sponsorship deals and develop long-term relationships with global brands, family offices, investors, governments, institutions and multinational companies.

Key Responsibilities1. Sponsorship Revenue
Develop and execute the global sponsorship strategy for all WLF events.
Own annual sponsorship revenue targets and budgets.
Create and sell sponsorship packages ranging from supporting partnerships to global title partnerships.
Identify companies and institutions capable of investing in high-value partnerships.
Build relationships with CEOs, CMOs, Chief Strategy Officers, CSR/ESG heads, government relations executives and senior decision-makers.
Negotiate commercial terms and close sponsorship contracts.
