Role Description The Customer Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal, responsible for delivering high-quality support across voice, email, and chat channels.



This position involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing transparent, accurate information to ensure a positive customer experience and high satisfaction levels. Day-to-day activities include troubleshooting basic technical problems, documenting interactions in internal systems, and following established processes and scripts while using sound judgment. The specialist will collaborate with team members and supervisors to escalate complex cases, share customer feedback, and support continuous improvement of support procedures. The role also requires adherence to performance metrics, company policies, and data privacy and security standards.
