Role Description The Relationship Manager – Bajaj Life Direct Channel is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. This role focuses on managing and growing customer relationships through the direct channel, including handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, explaining Bajaj Life products, and providing guidance on suitable insurance and investment solutions. The Relationship Manager is responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets, maintaining accurate records of customer engagements, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and queries. Daily activities include coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies, and delivering a high-standard customer experience. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, sharing feedback from the market, and contributing to process improvements within the direct channel.
