Role Description The Field Sales Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in India, responsible for driving sales and supporting customers in the mechanical power transmission domain. Day-to-day activities include visiting customer sites, understanding application requirements, recommending suitable products and solutions,



and preparing quotations and technical proposals. The role involves maintaining regular contact with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting after-sales service in coordination with the technical team. The Field Sales Engineer will collect market feedback, track competitors’ activities, and contribute to sales forecasts and planning. This position also requires accurate reporting, adherence to company policies, and collaboration with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to understand mechanical power transmission products, with strong technical aptitude in engineering applications.
Experience in field sales or technical sales, including customer visits, relationship management, and opportunity development.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse stake
