Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time role based in Vijayawada with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some tasks to be performed from home. The role involves managing and nurturing relationships with existing and potential policyholders, understanding their financial protection needs, and recommending suitable life insurance solutions.



Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, follow-ups, and portfolio reviews, supporting policy servicing requests, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries. The Relationship Manager will also contribute to business development through referrals, local market networking, and participation in sales campaigns while maintaining accurate records in company systems and adhering to regulatory and organizational guidelines.
