Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Manager HR (Factory/Plant) to manage end-to-end HR operations at the plant. The role will be responsible for workforce management, employee relations, compliance, recruitment, performance management, and driving HR initiatives aligned with business and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the plant/factory, ensuring smooth day-to-day people management.
- Handle blue-collar and white-collar workforce including manpower planning, deployment, attendance, shifts, and productivity.
- Drive plant-level recruitment and manpower planning as per production and business requirements.
- Manage contractual manpower, labour contractors, and workforce vendors.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, absenteeism, attrition, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and factory regulations.
- Manage attendance, payroll inputs, leave, overtime, shift management, and wage-related matters.
- Coordinate with Production, Operations, Admin, EHS, Finance, and other functions for smooth plant operations.
- Drive performance management, training, skill development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain HR MIS and dashboards covering headcount,
attrition, absenteeism, overtime, manpower cost, hiring, and productivity.
- Support audits, inspections, statutory documentation, and HR policy implementation.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with employees, supervisors, managers, and external stakeholders.
- Identify HR issues at the plant and implement solutions to improve employee productivity, retention, discipline, and engagement.

Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM in HR / Personnel Management or equivalent qualification.
- 812 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing, FMCG, consumer goods, warehouse, or plant environment.
- Strong experience in managing blue-collar/contractual workforce.
- Good understanding of labour laws, statutory compliance, and plant HR practices.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and people-management skills.
