Key Responsibilities:

1. Transportation & Dispatch Management

- Plan and manage dispatch of finished goods to customers/distributors

- Coordinate with transporters for timely delivery

- Ensure proper documentation (LR, E-way bill, invoices)

Warehouse

Management

- Oversee inventory storage and movement

- Ensure proper stock handling and minimize damage/loss

- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable

3.

Inventory

Control

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with production team

- Ensure accurate stock records and regular audits

- Internal audits to be conducted timely

- ERP records to be maintained regularly & reports to be submitted as and when required .

4. Vendor & Transporter Management

- Identify and manage transport vendors





- Negotiate freight rates and contracts

- Monitor transporter performance

5. Cost Optimization

- Reduce logistics and transportation costs

- Optimize routes and load planning

6. Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure compliance with legal requirements (GST, E-way bills, safety norms)

- Maintain proper logistics records and reports

7. Coordination

- Work closely with production, sales, and purchase teams

- Ensure smooth flow of materials and finished goods

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
