Role Description The Legal Intern role is an internship position based in Delhi, India, with a hybrid work model that allows some work from home. The intern will support lawyers and consultants by conducting legal research, reviewing statutes and case law, and preparing case summaries and internal memos. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with drafting and formatting legal documents and contracts, helping organize and maintain case files, and supporting due diligence for corporate and commercial matters.

The intern will also help identify and analyze legal issues for ongoing client matters, participate in client meeting preparation, and contribute to internal knowledge resources.



This role offers exposure to corporate, commercial, and business law practice and requires adherence to professional ethics and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational knowledge of Law, with interest in corporate, commercial, and business law.
- Ability to support Legal Consulting activities, including research, analysis, and practical recommendations.
- Competence in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and structuring contracts and legal correspondence.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and client-facing interactions.
- Capability to identify and analyze Legal Issues across corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and commercial transactions.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a law program (LL.B or equivalent); prior internship experience in a law firm or corporate legal team is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and commitment to deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
- Proficiency with legal research tools and standard office software; willingness to learn firm-specific systems and processes.
- Professional integrity, respect for confidentiality, and a collaborative mindset when working with diverse teams.
