Requirements

●

- LL.B. degree from a recognized university/institution.

- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in legal work, preferably with experience in contract review and management.

- Experience in legal review, drafting, negotiation and end-to-end execution of contracts.





- Clear understanding of contract law and other applicable laws and legal principles.

- Solid organizational and communication skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to efficiently manage legal documentation and multiple requirements.

- Ability to independently track contracts and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for timely execution and closure of the end-to-end contract process.
