Role Description The Deliverability Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Tamil Nadu, India. In this role, the specialist will monitor and analyze email performance metrics, identify deliverability issues, and implement corrective actions across DNS records, authentication protocols, and sending infrastructure. Daily tasks include reviewing DMARC, SPF, and DKIM configurations, troubleshooting domain reputation problems,



coordinating with clients to understand their email sending patterns, and documenting remediation steps and outcomes. The specialist will also collaborate with internal technical teams to design and refine data pipelines that support email analytics and reporting, and provide clear, practical recommendations to clients on best practices for sustained deliverability.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong technical skills in DNS management, including configuration and troubleshooting of DMARC, SPF, and DKIM records.
