The mandate is simple: build trust, create qualified opportunities, and turn market demand into completed leasing deals.

About the Role
This role owns commercial leasing revenue generation across office spaces, retail spaces, SCOs, and other commercial properties in Gurugram. The consultant will work through corporate outreach, referrals, networking,



and market research to build a qualified pipeline, run site visits, negotiate commercials, and move opportunities to closure. Success depends on sustained client trust, strong market awareness, and the ability to coordinate cleanly across documentation and legal steps. The role is based in Sector 60, Gurugram, and is suited to someone who can work independently, manage targets, and represent the business professionally with landlords, developers, tenants, and corporate decision-makers. Immediate joiners who can begin delivering quickly will be preferred, with notice periods expected to be immediate to 15 days.
