Education:
- MBA-HR from top-tier B-schools (XLRI, TISS, SIBM P, SCMHRD, MDI, etc)

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in COE roles like engagement or talent
- Desirable: Experience in employee engagement initiatives

Skills:
- Solid understanding of employee engagement frameworks and performance management
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
