About The Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who is interested in digital advertising, data, and the factors that drive campaign performance. You’ll work closely with the performance marketing team to support paid campaigns across platforms and learn how brands acquire, engage, and convert their audiences online.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

Assist in setting up, monitoring, and managing paid advertising campaigns.
Support campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Monitor campaign performance and flag opportunities for optimisation.

Research & Audience Insights

Conduct audience, competitor, keyword, and market research.
Assist in identifying relevant audiences and targeting opportunities.
Stay updated on digital advertising trends and platform updates.

Performance Analysis

Track and analyse key campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
Assist in identifying campaign trends and performance gaps.
Support the team in deriving actionable insights from campaign data.

Optimisation & Testing





Assist with A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, audiences, and campaign strategies.
Support ongoing campaign optimisation based on performance data.
Work with the team to identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency.

Reporting & Documentation

Assist in preparing regular campaign performance reports and dashboards.
Maintain campaign data and trackers using Excel/Google Sheets.
Ensure campaign information and performance data are accurate and up to date.

Creative & Team Collaboration

Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure ad creatives align with campaign objectives.
Collaborate with account management and performance teams on campaign requirements.
Support the team with other digital marketing initiatives as required.

Requirements

Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; willingness to get hands-on quickly.
