Role Description

Make outbound calls to businesses across targeted industries
Introduce Avartana Labs’ SaaS solutions in a transparent, engaging manner
Identify potential clients and qualify them as leads
Maintain lead records in CRM and coordinate with the sales team
Follow up consistently to nurture warm leads
Gather insights from conversations to support sales & marketing strategies

What We’re Looking For

Excellent verbal communication skills.
Confidence in speaking with business owners & decision-makers
Basic understanding of SaaS / tech products (training will be provided)




Strong persuasion skills and a positive attitude
Ability to handle objections and build trust quickly
Self-driven and target-oriented mindset

Compensation & Benefits

As a growing company, we aim to offer fair compensation along with learning and growth opportunities:

Fixed stipend: ₹5,000 per month
Performance Incentives: There will be fixed incentive between ₹2000-₹5000 on every successfully converted client after base threshold.
Incentive percentage depends on deal size and contribution
Certificate of Experience upon successful completion
