Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant with 1–3 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and assist with company financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, receipts, and payment records.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Record purchase, sales, expenses, and other accounting transactions.
Maintain accurate records in Tally/Excel/accounting software.
Assist with GST-related accounting and documentation.
Prepare basic financial reports and statements.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when required.
Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
Assist senior management with accounting reports and financial data.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting work.




Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills

1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Good knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
Understanding of basic accounting principles.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Solid attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidential financial information.
Good communication and organizational skills.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification preferred.
Candidates with relevant accounting experience can also apply.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
