Conduct basic telephonic screening. Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates. Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates. Achieve daily calling and recruitment targets. RequirementsGraduate preferred; Freshers can apply .

Good Hindi & English communication skills. Good convincing and counselling ability. Comfortable making calls and handling candidate queries. Basic computer knowledge. Positive and target-oriented attitude.
