Role Description The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, managing HR documentation, and supporting recruitment and onboarding activities. Responsibilities include assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, coordinating performance management processes, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. The role will involve addressing employee queries,



facilitating resolution of workplace concerns, and helping ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with management to support workforce planning, training coordination, and HR reporting. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Recent Delhi.
Qualifications

Strong HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills to support end-to-end HR processes.
Experience in HR Operations, including documentation, HRIS usage, and compliance-related activities.
Ability to manage Employee Relations, including handling queries, grievances, and engagement initiatives.
Knowledge of HR Policies, labor regulations, and best practices in organizational governance.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
