Job Description – Buyer / Purchase
Location: Tirupati
Experience: 3–6 Years
Joining: Immediate / Maximum 1 Month Notice
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end purchasing of electronic components, mechanical parts, packing materials, and other commodities.
Identify and develop suppliers, collect quotations, negotiate price, payment terms, lead time, and other commercial terms.
Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery and quality.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Stores, Engineering, and Finance for purchase requirements.
Monitoring supplier delivery readiness, ETD Tracking and Dashboard, Pull in & Pushout of supplier delivery in line with Customer forecast.
Monitor supplier performance and support cost reduction, vendor development, and alternate source development.




Ensure overall project material Spend are with in the Budget/Customer approved CBOM Price.
Maintain purchase records, supplier details, quotations, POs, and other procurement documents.
Ensure purchasing activities are carried out as per company policies, specifications, quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of purchase and procurement processes.
Experience in Electronics, Packing material and mechanical components is preferred.
Positive negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
Knowledge of SAP and MS Excel is preferred.
Candidates from a manufacturing/electronics industry will be preferred.
