Role Description
We're looking for a researcher to track how university curricula are evolving and turn that intelligence into standardized research packs. This is a contract, per-assignment role, and you'll be paid per completed piece, not on a fixed salary, so it suits someone who wants project-based flexibility over a traditional job.

Your core responsibilities will be to:
Research current curricula, course outlines,



and assignment briefs across universities and disciplines to identify recurring structures, requirements, and gaps in existing academic support material.
Monitor the broader academic research and ed-tech support market on an ongoing basis, such as what formats, subjects, and delivery models are gaining traction, and where INSIGHT Academia's offerings should adapt.
Convert research findings into standardized, reusable packs: templates, guides, and worked examples aligned to real coursework demands.
Use AI tools as part of the research and drafting workflow to accelerate synthesis, while maintaining accuracy, originality, and methodological rigor in every deliverable.
Deliver completed work per assignment, against agreed turnaround times, with minimal need for follow-up revisions.

Qualifications & Skills
