Salary: Rs. 2.00 to Rs. 2.64 lakhs per annum
Qualifications: Undergraduate degree/ diploma in hotel management
Experience: Min. 5 years in F&B; service
Responsibilities:
Groom, train, mentor & manage F&B; service team
Greet and welcome guests, providing exceptional customer service
Ensure F&B; operations are managed smoothly, ensuring guest satisfaction
Offer menu suggestions, answer questions, and provide information about hotel services
Ensure cleanliness is maintained in the outlets
Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
