Role Description The Service Manager – CNC/VMC Machines will oversee service operations for CNC and VMC equipment, ensuring timely installation,



commissioning, maintenance, and breakdown support for client sites. This full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore involves managing service schedules, coordinating with technicians and vendors, and maintaining service records and documentation. The Service Manager will diagnose technical issues, recommend corrective actions, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during all service activities. The role includes close collaboration with clients to understand service requirements, provide technical guidance, and support performance optimization of CNC/VMC machines. The Service Manager will also contribute to process improvements, spare parts planning, and training of service team members.
