and OTT platform development, streaming ad servers, video-upload infrastructure, CDN
technology, transcoding, AI/ML recommendation feeds, and search technology. We are the

LYKSTAGE — a patent-issued video platform (US Patent 12,684,189 B2) rewarding creators
and viewers for monetized watch time, live across Samsung TV, LG TV, Apple TV, Roku,
Android/Google TV, Amazon Fire TV, iOS, Android, and web in five markets: US, UK, Canada,
UAE, and India.

Social Gear — a self-serve programmatic advertising and creator discovery platform,
propelled by Amazon, Google, and other open exchanges, with ZIP-code-level, territorybased,
and multicultural targeting.

technology is designed here — and used by the world.

The Role
This is the senior-most engineering position in the India organization. You will own the
architecture of both platforms: video pipelines, watch-time monetization, wallet and
payments infrastructure, programmatic ad systems, and AI-driven personalization. You’ll
report directly to the founder, set the technical direction for the engineering team, and
remain hands-on — writing code, reviewing designs, and authoring the HLDs and LLDs that
anchor every build.
If you want to architect global-scale consumer systems from India — not maintain someone
else’s — this is that role.

What You’ll Own
Architecture and design authority across LYKSTAGE and Social Gear
HLD and LLD documentation standards and review for all major initiatives
Distributed backend systems: microservices, event-driven pipelines, queueing, state
machines
Hands-on development and code review to maintain a high
