Compensation: ₹2.65 - 3LPA + Performance-Based Incentives

Key Requirements:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Interest in sales and customer relationship management
* Prior sales/real estate experience will be an added advantage
* Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving licence

Key Responsibilities:

* Contact prospective customers using the leads provided by the company
* Understand customer requirements and schedule appointments
* Conduct and coordinate project/site visits
* Follow up with prospective customers and manage assigned sales activities
* Visit assigned projects as required
* Coordinate with the reporting manager and maintain regular updates on sales
