Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales operations and accelerate business growth across India. This role is responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, expanding market reach, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, a strategic mindset, and experience in the solar, renewable energy, electrical,



or industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and organizational sales objectives.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across PAN India.
Set, monitor, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, channel partners, distributors, and EPC customers.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, customer engagement, proposal preparation, negotiation, order closure, and post-sales relationship management.
Oversee sales leads from multiple channels, including IndiaMART, digital marketing, exhibitions, references, and direct enquiries.
Monitor and manage the sales pipeline using Odoo ERP, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
Prepare and present Sales MIS, performance reports, revenue forecasts, and business insights to manage
