We're seeking an experienced Senior Nutritionist to lead the delivery of our online nutrition consultation practice. This is an in office position based at our Pune office in Koregaon Park. Client consultations are conducted virtually with individuals across the Globe.
The successful candidate will manage an active client caseload, set clinical and service standards for the nutrition function, and mentor a growing team of junior practitioners. This role suits a practitioner ready to move beyond individual practice into shaping how nutrition care is delivered at scale.

Key responsibilities
Client care
Conduct comprehensive one-to-one video consultations, including dietary assessment, goal-setting, and structured follow-up
Develop individualised nutrition plans tailored to clients' dietary patterns, medical history, lifestyle, and cultural preferences
Monitor client progress against defined outcome measures and adjust interventions accordingly
Maintain accurate, confidential client records in line with professional and organisational standards
Practice leadership




Establish and maintain clinical protocols, intake procedures, and quality assurance processes across the nutrition team
Supervise and mentor junior nutritionists through case reviews, consultation observation, and structured feedback
Ensure all guidance provided is current, evidence-based, and appropriately referenced
Programme and content delivery
Design and lead group sessions, webinars, and client education programmes
Contribute subject-matter expertise to product development, content, and service design initiatives
Collaborate with coaching, product, and marketing teams to strengthen the overall client experience

Qualifications and experience

Essential
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or a related discipline
Minimum five years' post-qualification experience in clinical or consultative nutrition practice
At least two years in a senior, supervisory, or mentoring capacity
