Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive, highly organized Associate to manage day-to-day operations. he role involves coordinating with US-based students, parents, tutors and internal teams, while also supporting sales and marketing activities. This role offers a explicit growth path based on performance, with the potential to move into a Founder’s Office role after a year.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily administrative tasks, records, enrolments, schedules and documentation
• Coordinate with US-based parents, students and tutors
• Work on sales, marketing, HR and business development projects
• Maintain internal processes, checklists and workflows
• Teach students when required





Work Schedule & Expectations
• Fully remote role — you can work from anywhere
• Saturday and Sunday are working days; 1 weekday will be off
• Availability required for early-morning coordination on weekdays (around 6:00 AM IST) and late-night coordination on weekends, aligned with US time zones
• Minimum 1-year commitment expected

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in administration, operations or coordination preferred
• Extremely fluent spoken and written English; comfortable communicating with US based clients
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable with Google Workspace, Zoom, WhatsApp, etc.
• Canva and Instagram/content editing skills

Compensation
• ₹15,000/month based on skills and performance
